Double bedroom available in a lovely 3 bedroom house. Looking for a tenancy takeover.
Only female tenants considered at the request of the two remaining tenants.
Must be a student. Students from both universities are welcomed but location is more ideal for UoN students.

Lovely, spacious house with a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. Had no major issues in my year of living there, agents were quick to fix any smaller problems.

Bills not included but the girls are currently with split the bills covering all utilities but NO TV insurance for £126 a month. Total of rent and bills adds up to £134 a week.

Bedroom does not come with: display cabinet, gaming chair, mirror storage unit and cat tree but all other furniture depicted will be present upon move in.

• 10 minute walk to University of Nottingham Jubilee Campus
• 30 minute walk to QMC
• 40 minute walk to University of Nottingham University Park Campus. Close to the 903 hopper bus stop for easier access
• 5 minute walk to Lidl
• 10 minute walk to Co-op and Jubilee Campus Spar
• Easy access to the city centre via the 28 bus

Currently have a cat agreement in place for one cat, the cat will be leaving with me so the landlord is likely to allow any new tenants to have one cat in the property.
