Roommate Needed for Double Room in City Centre

Looking for new roommate to move in starting October in apartment close to Nottingham Train Station. Room is spacious and includes a big sliding wardrobe. Great location, a walk away from the city centre but far enough away to not be very loud. Flat is well-maintained and is in no need of repairs or maintenance. As a roommate I aim to be respectful of noise and cleanliness, I work from home and often do work calls but I try to keep within sociable hours and otherwise like to tuck myself away while I work.
