Looking for someone to take up my room in an 8 bedroom, 3 bathroom student house in Nottingham, Lenton Boulevard as I am transferring to a different university. The rent is £170 weekly and the house is ideally located in walking distance of the university and city centre, as well as sainsburys and the pubs.
The house has large communal spaces (kitchen, living room) and a small terrace. The bedroom is furnished and has a queen bed. The housemates are all second year University of Nottingham students who are very sociable and friendly, 4 boys and 3 girls. Ideally, we are looking for another girl to take over the room, but guys are welcome to apply as well.
