I'm a final year veterinary medicine student at UoN looking for a new housemate in a two bed flat in the Mapperley Park area, 25 min walk from city centre. Super quiet and peaceful green area. Available from 19th September.
Rent is £462.50 and bills up to £100 per month per person, council tax band A - with 25% discount as I am a student/exempt if we both are. Open to other post-grad/mature students or young professionals, looking for somebody clean and tidy in shared areas:) and ideally somebody to move in within the next couple of weeks!
I'm friendly and chatty, enjoy staying active (gym, salsa/bachata, hiking), going to cafes, reading, learning languages (conversational spanish speaker!) and reading. LGBT friendly!
