Hi, my name's Jefferson. I'm a 29 year-old self-employed professional and as I'm always travelling around the country for business, I have often had lodgers from here since 2019. I've had the most lovely couple lodging for the last few years and have homed dozens of Erasmus students from Italy, Hungary and other EU states in between. Losing my father however this summer means I am moving back in with my mother and therefore my house is available for a couple or small group who would like to have the place exclusively to themselves, with bills included.
1) The main bedroom has a king sized ottoman storage bed, built in wardrobes, black out curtains, drawers etc.
2) The second bedroom is a cosy single-sized bedroom with a Double bed which lifts up for more storage underneath. There are shelves with weave boxes and rails for storage of clothes and shoes.
The living room has a cosy sofa bed and wall-mounted netflix-equipped TV, whilst the kitchen has a washing machine, a built in fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and various essentials. I’m happy to provide towels and bedding if needed.
Trying to do my bit for the planet; the house is run on a renewable energy tariff and I’ve improved the EPC rating to C. Furthermore, Central Heating from an energy-efficient boiler is controlled via a clever App, each room has Ai-controlled radiator thermostats, and the hallway lights are motion sensor activated.
The townhouse is tucked away in Plantagenet Court; a safe and secluded cul-de-sac between Hockley and St. Ann's - it is a great location just a few street's walk away from the city centre. There are squirrels running around and two of the neighbouring townhouses are trendy airbnb's! Despite being this close to the city centre, there's plenty of parking here so If you have a car, you're welcome to use the driveway, off road spaces or on-road parking with the permits.
though I’m not in Nottingham much now, I am often on the road so I am happy to pop back with my tools to help if any maintenance or repairs need doing.

* Any damages or additional charges incurred during the stay — including property damage, incidentals, unauthorised stays, early check-ins, late check-outs, or breaches of house rules — will be invoiced accordingly.
* A property review is conducted two weeks into your stay
* No pets allowed, or DSS accepted
* NO SUBLETTING. The occupant must not transfer or sublease the unit without obtaining written consent from the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to refuse permission for subletting or transfer at their sole discretion, with or without stating a reason.
