I’m looking for someone to take over my student tenancy at The Place, 33 Queens Road, Nottingham (NG2 3AS) for the 2025/26 academic year. The tenancy runs from 13th September 2025 to 5th September 2026 at £175 per week with a £99 deposit (TDS protected). The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and storage, and you’ll have access to modern shared kitchen and living facilities. Rent includes bills (water, Wi-Fi and fair use gas/electricity), plus there’s secure entry, CCTV, on-site laundry, bike storage and communal spaces. The building is in a great city centre location with easy access to both the University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University, close to tram and bus stops as well as shops, cafés and nightlife.
