Looking to Pass On Tenancy – Standard 2 Bed Ensuite at Nova - Collegiate UK Student Accommodation Nottingham

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a Standard 2 Bed Ensuite room. The accommodation features a private ensuite bathroom and a shared kitchen with modern amenities.

I’ve already paid for accommodation until 30th January, so you're welcome to move into the property anytime from now, and there will be no charge for December.

I have booked the accommodation until 4th September 2026, so once the tenancy is taken over, the new tenant would be required to stay until that date or find a suitable replacement tenant in line with the accommodation’s terms.
