The studio benefits from being in Castle Boulevard, so is a 20-30 mins walk away from Jubilee Campus, and is close to the Meadows Way West tram stop (around 15 mins walk), which can be used to get to both universities in the city. There are nearby supermarkets and shop such as Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Costa and McDonald’s that are a 10 mins walk away. The studio is situated near by the scenic Nottingham canal.

I have a contract for this, however I no longer need the accommodation. The contract was 45 weeks but will soon have 40 weeks remaining. The end of the contract is towards the end of July 2026. The rent is £190 ppw and must be paid in full amounting to £7600 for the rest of the let duration. I have not moved into the accommodation at all, though I wish I could as it looks great.
