Hello, my name is Konstantina and I used to be an international student at the University of Nottingham. I signed the contract for this property before knowing I would not be able to stay in the UK for this academic year, so I am now in the search for a housemate for my other two friends who have already moved in. I have already payed half of the rent to the landlord and in order to increase my chances of finding a housemate, you only have to pay half of it, regardless of when you move in.
The house is super cute and has the most character I have seen in a student house, plus it is right behind Lace Market, which, if you are new to the city, this is right in the centre. It has the cutest internal courtyard, and the whole house has a very nice english style to it.
The best part however, is your future housemates. The two people who will move in with Jack and Santiago are my best mates in the UK and they are super fun, clean, organized and welcoming.
