Bright double room in friendly Nottingham home

Hi, I'm Beth, a 30-year-old professional who has just moved to Nottingham and bought my first house. I'm looking for someone to share the space with to create a friendly, welcoming place to call home.

I'm easy-going and like to keep my living space clean and tidy. I really value friendships and making somewhere feel homely, so I’d love to live with someone who enjoys a bit of a chat over a cuppa or maybe even sharing an occasional meal.

I’m usually out during the day and tend to keep busy in the evenings with hobbies. I love spending time with friends, getting outdoors, cycling (especially if there’s a cafe stop involved!), cooking and baking, yoga, and salsa dancing.

I moved into the house at the start of November, so the space is a work in progress - I’ll be adding more homely touches over the next couple of weeks—more houseplants, candles, and cosy additions pending! The current photos are partly from the property brochure, so furnishings will be different. I’m happy to share updated photos as they’re available. For now, I just wanted to get an idea of who may be interested, as I know it's nice to get a room sorted in advance. I’m also flexible with move-in dates for the right person.
