📍 Location: Russell Street, Arboretum. 5 mins from Trent campus / close to city centre 💰 Rent: £5,845 (in two installments) 📅 Move-in date: Early January 2026 📄 Contract: Lease takeover for the remainder of the academic year 🛏️ Room details: double bed, desk, spacious storage, shared bathroom. top floor. 🏢 Flatmates: 5 other female students - all friendly & tidy. looking for another female tenant, preferably - though this isn't a dealbreaker. ✨ Perks: building is newly refurbished and modern, inclues washer, dryer and dishwasher. close to uni + shops.
It’s a great place to live — I’m only moving out because I’ll be studying abroad next semester.
