large and furnished double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house share that comes with a shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room. the house comes with a wash dryer, 2 fridges and a back door that lead to a mini garden (but no one barely goes there). Bathroom contains sink, shower, bath tub and it is also where the boiler is located
Bedroom consist of a double bed, a decent sized wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a large desktop table
the closest bus stop is 2 mins away and the closes tram stop is 10 to 15 mins away. The House is near many restaurants, and supermarkets like Asda (5 mins away), Aldi (15 mins away) and Poundland (15 mins away).
Rent: GBP 325 for each tenant
Council Tax Band: A
UTILITY BILLS AND COUNCIL TAX ARE NOT INCLUDED IN RENT.
However, the total between utility bills, council tax and rent does not exceed over GBP 550.
You will be living with 2 other professionals that are respectable and are very easy to get along with. I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy starting from 3rd of December 2025, as i would be leaving to work in a different city soon.
