The location is ideal for University of Nottingham students, just a 5-10 minute walk to the University Park Campus.
The Room: The room is on the ground floor and is very large and spacious. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, large desk, wardrobe, and plenty of storage. A major benefit is the soundproof windows, making the room very quiet and perfect for studying.
The House:
You will be sharing with 3 other male tenants (UON students).
2 shared bathrooms.
Shared kitchen and living area.
Nice garden with a gardener who works on it semi-regularly.
Rent & Tenancy:
Rent: £135 per week
Deposit: NO DEPOSIT required.
Bills: ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED (Electricity, Gas, Water, Internet, TV Licence, and Contents Insurance).
