Ground Floor Double Room in House Share

We are two friendly women looking for an extra housemate for our ground floor bedroom.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, a desk set into the large bay window, a set of drawers, and two clothes railings.

Rent is £420 and this includes council tax. All other bills average around £200 (dependent on the season), which will be split between the three of us.

The property comprises of a living room with a Smart TV, and a kitchen with an American-style fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, and washing machine. There are two bathrooms; one full sized with a bath/shower combo, and a smaller lavatory. There is also a back yard with a small grass patch.

Due to the property's location, we are a small walk away from both the train station and town centre.

We are looking for a friendly person who enjoys the occasional wine and movie night (often accompanied by Morty the rat!) or trip to the pub. We are also expecting a housemate who is clean and tidy, as we both enjoy living in a cosy space.

Unsuitable for couples, families, and children. Smaller pets will be considered, though larger pets are unsuitable because of our pet rat.
