We are pleased to offer a room in our home. The room is in the basement of our house which has been converted into a studio apartment. The studio has its own entrance which you will have a key to. It is not accessible from the main house.

The studio has a shared garden which you are welcome to use, and is accessed by the garden gate at the rear of the property (on st Ann's hill road). You will also have a key to this.

The studio is large and should offer plenty of space, we can also offer additional storage in our garage provided there is enough room.

The studio has a bedroom area, living area, and bathroom with an electric shower. The studio has central heating, a kitchenette, washing machine, microwave, hob and fridgefreezer. Furniture in the pictures and appliances are included in the price, if you do not want them we will put them in storage.

We are a young professional couple (m + f) and the house is our primary residence. We also have 2 cats who will use the garden on a regular basis.

We are looking for students or young professionals who want to benefit from our great location close to NTU and the city centre. We are looking for an initial period of 6 months but would be happy to extend this if it works for us all.
