Great local amenities with Sherwood High Street being nearby that has supermarkets; banks; gyms, cafes and restaurants. Mapperley is also within easy reach.

You'll be sharing the property with me and Flic, a shy but love-able black cat.

There's a full bathroom upstairs and a guest bathroom (toilet & basin) downstairs.

Kitchen/dining area and living room are open plan and also shared but as mentioned, just with myself.
