I am hoping to find a replacement tenant for my room, as I'm going to be moving due to work.

I need someone to take over my tenancy until March. The tenancy can then be requested by yourself by making an agreement with the landlord.

You have the option to either:
- Pay a deposit; or
- Have a guarantor and pay no deposit.

The room features:
- An ensuite shower, sink and toilet
- Kitchenette, inc. hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, etc.
- Double bed
- Desk & chair
- Wardrobe
- Bedside table

Tenant also has access to:
- Shared full kitchen
- Shared washer and dryer

The property is on the 2nd floor of a townhouse on Burns Street, a 5min walk from the High School tram stop, shops, bus stops, Forrest Recreation Ground, Arboretum and other amenities.
