I’ve just had a viewing of a wonderful two bedroom apartment about 3 minutes walk from Victoria centre, a decent sized open kitchen/ living room space on the third floor. It also has a private balcony space and washing machine with one bathroom.
It is £800 PCM in total(£400pp). Deposit is £982 I believe. There is a WiFi provider but to join the service it has to be discussed once deposit is paid (would be split) references are required for landlord.
Rooms can fit double bed but not huge. Both have fitted wardrobes.
Bills are not included so services providers would need to be discussed.
I’m seeing if a roommate would be a nice fit so please message! I’m 22, working professional, moving from Leicester but know Nottingham very well. Hoping for someone fun, outgoing, comfortable and clean to live with. Males or females.
I enjoy cooking a lot too amongst other things!
