Double Room Available in Sneinton

The property is shared with two brothers, both working Monday to Friday, so we’re ideally looking for a working professional with a similar routine who is tidy, respectful, and easy to live with.

The room is a comfortable double. A wardrobe can be provided on request, and the rest of the house is clean, organised, and relaxed — not a party house.

All bills are included (council tax, utilities, broadband), making things simple and hassle-free.

Location-wise, the house is around a 30-minute walk to Nottingham city centre, with a bus stop at the end of the street, offering easy access into town.

We’re both Arsenal supporters, so someone who doesn’t mind football being on is a bonus 🙂
