It is a 6 bed house, other 5 house mates are friendly and reasonable. They are my friends however I no longer need to live in Nottingham.
Rent is £140 a week including bills, landlord wants 2 large instalments each academic term, however the agent is VERY reasonable and will most likely be able to work out monthly or weekly rent.
