The room is on the second floor, double bed and a standard size room, a shared bathroom with two other people, kitchen and living are good sizes and loads of space.
There is an available parking space if needed.

The rent isn’t paid monthly, it’s paid in chunks, if your staying between these months (subjected that when you what to move in)
April-July rent in total is £2,500 pay straight to the landlord however, room is available from February, the extra cost will be discussed privately
