The room is on the second floor, double bed and a standard size room, a shared bathroom with two other people, kitchen and living are good sizes and loads of space.
There is an available parking space if needed.

The rent isn’t paid monthly, it’s paid in chunks, the room available from 1st March and rent is £3,500 however if you move in from April the rent is £2,500, depends on when you would like to move in.

March-July rent in total is £3,500
April-July rent in total is £2,500
