Bowman House

This is a studio, NOT being shared with anybody else.

A studio within a student accommodation building in the centre of Nottingham, with the city campus only being a short 5 minute walk away, but is close to any bus routes.

The room itself contains a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, hob, TV, 3/4 (small double) size bed, a desk, large wardrobe with under bed storage. The room is located on the fourth floor, with a lift provided.

You have your own en-suite bathroom, which includes both toilet and shower.

Laundry is done via a laundry room.

There is a common room, with a TV, sofas, where events are sometimes held by the accommodation.

Looking for anybody who is a student, as I need somebody to take over my contract. A lovely room and you’d be doing me a massive favour!
