Spacious double room available in NG7, located 3 minute walk from tram stop and local supermarket. Able to walk into city centre in 25 minutes. Great location for students at University of Nottingham or Nottingham Trent University. Both Universities within walking distance or can get the tram.

I currently work between cites of QMC and Nottingham City Hospital, with easy and free bus travel to both cites from the house’s location. Moving out of house due to a job offer in different city. Looking for someone to take over my lease from approx 22nd of March (this is flexible) until 7th of August when the lease ends, may be able to stay longer if negotiated with landlord.

Current flatmates are 4 lovely, easy going, clean, tidy and respectful girls who enjoy casual pub nights, watching TV and going to the gym/playing sports. Currently in the property are a mix of students from University of Nottingham and Nottingham on Trent University . Large shared kitchen, dining area and living room space with 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. Washer and dryer. Security system/house alarm in place.

We would be keen for video call to see if we would be a good match! Ideally after 5pm Monday-Friday and anytime during the weekend. Some availability for in person viewings on request.
