Studio, 6 Floor for 5.5k

I’m leaving my current accommodation and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. It is a private studio, offering a self-contained living space with its own bathroom and kitchen area. The studio is well maintained and comfortable, ideal for independent living. The person who takes over the room will only need to pay around £5.5k for the remaining tenancy period. I am preferably looking for someone aged 18–26 who is responsible, and able to move in smoothly under the existing agreement.
