Amazing double room near city center

Hi guys,

I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious double room in the NG3 area as I’ll be moving to London for work.

I’ve lived in this house for over a year and it’s been lovely. The communal areas are very spacious, and all current housemates are female, clean, tidy, and respectful. Two of us are working and the others are Master’s students, so the house is quiet, chilled, and friendly.

💷 Rent: £640 per month including all bills
📄 Contract: 6 months remaining, with the option to extend (landlord is happy with this)
✨ I’m also happy to reduce the rent as I need to move to London as soon as possible.
