2 room flat in Radford NG7- tenants needed!

Me and my partner need to move closer to our family, and the perfect property has popped up for us. Unfortunately this means we need to handover our tenancy to new renters according to our contract.

The neighbours are friendly, there is a locked gate and lockable doors throughout the flat so privacy is great. Outside recycling bin needed and repairs in the garden are being waited on- the inside of the flat is all in working order.

Super close to tram stop, bus stops, multiple parks for walks and plenty of shops and food spots. I believe there is parking if you request it but we aren't sure how to arrange this as we didn't need it.

Anyone at uni or working in town would be perfect! Needs at least 1 student as it's classed as student flat, but the other tenant/s can be employed.
