Spacious Ensuit Room in NG1

Posting on behalf of lovely my flatmate who’s looking for someone to share this beautiful 2B2B flat with him located at the city center of Nottingham.
My room is an ensuite master bedroom which includes a double bed, two large built in wardrobes, one book shelf, one chair and a desk.
The flat has a spacious balcony and floor to ceiling windows in the living room, perfect place for hanging out and lounging.
The building comes with concierge service, gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and a jacuzzi. And you can bring guests to these facilities so very ideal if you got friends or families over.
And my flatmate is the loveliest flatmate you can ever expect, he’s busy with works most of the time so you probably wouldn’t see him often, but he’s very clean, tidy and quiet, but doesn’t mind if you got guests over as long as it’s informed. He’s managing the council tax so when you replace me, you’ll take over my spot as the manager of WiFi and electricity.
Bills combined comes to somewhere around 80-120 per months per person, but summer’s just around the corner so electricity will come down.
My current lease is til 24th Sep, but you can negotiate with the landlord for extension if you like this flat and decides to continue living here by the end of the lease.
