Crown Place Luxury Studio

Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Crown Place for a luxury studio. It will be available from the 12th September 2026, so when the next academic year begins as I no longer need to live there. I have already paid the deposit, so you do not need to pay anything either. Crown Place is a modern and lively accommodation with many facilities such as a cinema room and a courtyard. The studio I am advertising is a luxury studio, so it has more space than a normal one.
