Double room in lovely Lace Market flat

I’m looking for someone to fill a double room in a lovely Lace Market flat, as my current flatmate is moving cities.

The flat has a nice open plan living/kitchen area with a lovely balcony. The main bathroom will mostly be yours too (I only need access to it for the washing machine!) The flat also comes with a designated parking space included, in a secure car park below the building.

I am an early twenties female working near the city, and ideally looking for someone similar to myself, age wise and in personality, but am open to potential flatmates. I am very sociable so would love to find someone I can be friends with as well as flatmates. I love a night in and would love someone I can chill with and cook with, but also love a night/evening out, so again, someone likeminded would be fantastic! Love a walk, coffee and mooch around so would ideally like someone similar who can join!

The total monthly rent is £1200, so £600 each. And since moving in the monthly bills have varied from £250-350 ish each, as some, such as water, have been billed every couple of months.
