One room open in Notts, Sneinton Market

We have a 3-bedroom flat located right next to Sneinton Market/Bath Inn. It's £136.67/pppw with bills included. Council band A. The communal space (that we are very particular about keeping clean) includes a bathroom, a spacious living room and a kitchen fully equipped with an oven, microwave, washer-dryer, fridge/freezer. We are both recently graduated working professionals and since our third roommate is moving out with her boyfriend, we are looking for a replacement, preferably not a student but it's not a strict restriction. It's a great location, great apartment and we are both friendly, clean and mind our business.
