I’m looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate, preferably a girl, professional or otherwise welcome as well, to share a beautiful two-bedroom apartment in the Litmus Building Apartments on Huntington Street, right in the heart of Nottingham city centre.

The apartment is on the 8th floor with lovely city views and includes:

A little about me , I’m 29 years old doctor at Nottingham University Hospitals. I’m looking for a considerate and easygoing flatmate who would also make good company.

Costs:

* Total apartment rent: £1250/month
* Rent per person: £625/month
* Electricity: approx. £100 maximum total (varies with usage) → approx. £50/person
* Broadband: £18.95/person (optional/non-essential)
* Water: £26.75/person

Ideal move-in date would be towards the end of June 2026, although I can be flexible with dates for the right person.
