1 Double Bed | in 2 Bed Apartment

I currently live in the British Waterways building in a modern two‑bed apartment. My housemate is finishing her master’s and moving back home, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room and keep the flat. It’s a lovely place, we were the first to live in it, it’s really modern, and the location is right by the city centre. I’ve added the photos from the building’s site, and I can send more of my actual flat if you’re interested. It’s genuinely even nicer in person.

You’d have your own bathroom, and there’s a small desk set‑up from when I used to work from home (I’m in the office every day now). There’s no parking with the building, but I have my car and use the NCP across the road.
