I have a spacious, fully furnished room available to rent in a modern two-bedroom new-build home. The property is clean, comfortable, and has a warm, homely feel.

The house is in a great location, close to the city centre with excellent transport links. It also benefits from private parking and a garden, making it an ideal place to call home.

The second bedroom is currently occupied by a friendly female professional who works six days a week. She is clean, tidy, respectful, and enjoys her own space, but is also happy to have a coffee and a chat on the sofa from time to time.

I am the landlord and previously lived in the property with the current tenant, but I have since moved in with my partner. I’m looking for someone who will enjoy the home, respect the space, and be a good fit for the relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
