Every studio is slightly different to the other, with its own individual character and layout. All studios have:

- a study area
- an en suite shower room.
- gas central heating or electric heating
- the majority of apartments have an air ventilation system
- an EPC EER range of C or D

Every level is accessed via a modern lift (or stairwell if you're looking to get your steps in) and on the 4th level there is:

- a cinema room
- a games room
- a cafe-style eating/socialising area
- a gym with air conditioning
- a pay-as-you-go laundry room,

all of which are undergoing a makeover this Autumn, as shown in the photos.

We work with a professional city centre agent who handles all applications quickly and efficiently so you could be moving into your student accommodation within a matter of days.
