I’m looking for someone (a student) to take over my tenancy at The Rise in Nottingham for the 2026/27 academic year due to a change in circumstances. Please note you may need a UK Guarantor.

It is a Private self-contained studio with a

1. Fully equipped kitchenette (with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and plenty of storage)
2. Private en-suite modern bathroom with walk-in glass shower, sink and bathroom mirror and Heated towel rail.
3. Dedicated study desk and chair ( ideal for working or studying from home.)
4. Wall-mounted TV
5. Comfortable seating area with armchair.
6. Good storage space, including mirrored wardrobes
7. Furnished and ready to move into.

The common areas and amenities include
1. Laundry Room
2. Cinema Room
3. Recreation/Living room with a wall mounted TV and pool table.

**Please note that This is not a private sublet. The accommodation provider would need to formally approve and process the replacement tenant.
