Ensuite Room Standard at Student Roost

Requirements to take over:

• Must be a registered full-time student at a recognised university/educational institution
• Must meet the accommodation requirements/preferences for the room
• Must not have any outstanding rent arrears with Student Roost or its affiliated landlords
• Must not already be a Student Roost resident or have an existing 2026/27 booking with them
• Must be able to take over the tenancy for the entire remaining tenancy period
• Must be approved by Student Roost and sign their tenancy agreement
• Must meet any guarantor/deposit requirements set by Student Roost

The takeover will need to be approved by Student Roost before it can be completed.
