Two rooms available in a quiet, clean and comfortable 3-person female house in NG7, ideal for students looking for accommodation for the autumn term rather than committing to a full academic year.

Large single room – £595 pcm
Large double room – £650 pcm (single occupancy)

You'll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with just two other people – so this isn't a large, busy student HMO.

Each room has a desk, lamp, chair and plenty of storage space for your stuff. Your bedroom door is lockable with a key. There is a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen. There is a fridge and freezer and separate cupboard space for each room.

One of the current occupants is a nurse who works shifts. She has been staying here since July and also stayed with me last year, so the house would particularly suit someone who appreciates a clean, peaceful and respectful home environment.

I am the live-in female landlady, although I'll be away for most of the September–December period. I expect to be at the property for only around four weeks in total – approximately two weeks in September and two weeks in December.

I'm looking for two clean, respectful female students who want somewhere comfortable and homely to stay.

FLEXIBLE SHORT-TERM STAY

The initial let is September to December 2026, making it particularly suitable for students on a semester, placement, exchange programme or anyone who doesn't need a conventional 10–12 month student tenancy.

If this type of longer short-term arrangement suits you and you'd like to return again from January 2027, I'm also happy to discuss that.

Female students preferred. Single occupancy only.
