Great house on perfect street in Mapperley

I have one room available on the first floor, which is £450 including bills.

Tenants have access to all the facilities in my clean and well maintained house, apart from the other bedrooms. There's a great fully fitted kitchen, living room, dining room, enclosed back garden and newly refurbished bathroom.

Belvoir Street is a great place to live. It's well cared for and has a community feel.

ALDI is at the top of the street (2 minutes walk). The house is a five minute walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants on Mapperley high street.

There's a bus stop at the top of Belvoir Street with buses every 7 minutes into town. These take about 10 minutes to the city centre. The street is quiet and there is no through traffic. So although it's convenient for Mapperley and town, it doesn't feel like it's in the city.

The room is available immediately.
