Huge dbl room 10mins walk to QMC/Uni, great house

Unfortunately I have to move down to London to follow my PhD supervisor by the end of 2011, so my room must be taken over by a new housemate starting around April 2012. Otherwise I would never have wanted to move out of this house! =(

The room (on the first floor) is huge, complete with a closet, drawers, a desk, a mirror, shelves and a comfortable double bed. The window faces east, keeping the room bright and warm. The toilet and shower are in separate rooms and is shared with only one other girl.

The house is really beautiful. We have a huge open kitchen/living room and a large roofed area leading into the back garden (suitable for drying clothes and indoor plants).

The other housemates consist of two 5th year Medics, a PhD in Pathology and a PhD in Computer Science. They are quiet, friendly and easygoing people who enjoy a chat in the living room and a dinner out every now and then.

This house would be great for anybody studying at the University of Nottingham, especially those of you based around the QMC or the Engineering/Science buildings - only 10 mins walk away from the Med School (I know this because I walk every day to labs!) It's a bargain at £225 pcm + approx £35 bills per month.
