Double Room

This is a 3 bedroom semi- detached house with living room, dinning room and kitchen, big back ground for relaxing in the summer having a BBQ :-). I like to a create a family environment we can have a laugh with each other, chill watch movies etc. There massive difference in renting a room and living in a home.......Presently there are two very lovely and friendly females living there. One of girl recently brought her own property & hence the reason for this advert...
All bills are inclusive with the EXCEPTION OF THE GAS AND ELECTRIC as they are on a meter.... which has worked brilliantly....
The sort of person who would suit joining this house would be a FEMALE who is friendly easy to get on with, does not mind having a cat around, someone who doesn't want to just live in a room but to be able to chill and relax with the people you live with so it is more than a room but a home. Also the house is a non smoking house so would prefer not to have smokers but in the same breath if the person is a smoker but is happy to smoke outside that's okay with me.
The room comes fully furnished with a bed, wallrobe and chest of draws..........I have a wireless router for all your internet needs.... :-)
Well the kitchen comes with your own personal fridge and freezer; you will be given your own cupboards.
It's a really friendly environment to live, everyone does their bit to help around the house and nothing is left on person..... :-) Great environment to live......if I must say...
Its located close to M1, two minutes away from bus stop. Less than 5 minutes walk takes you to various takeaways such as fish and chips, Co -op, One-stop shop, Indian, Chinese etc .
