Double room with Kingsized bed in mid-terrace house very close to the river, lovely walks. Close to West Bridgford, Train Station and the City, good public transport. Resident friendly cat and dog. Livingroom, kitchen with dining table and bathroom all on ground floor. Two double bedrooms on first floor. Third bedroom in attic, Small yard. Double glazed and centrally heated. Washing Machine, broadband but no landline. On street parking permit available for residents. Gas and Electric meter, Water, TV liscence, cable TV/broardband and council tax bills to be shared between residents (not inc cat and dog!!).

I work 4 days a week am fairly laid back but expect people to keep shared spaces tidy and clean. I like to socialise but I don't regularly have Big nights out on the town, so serious party animals would not be compatible!
