my name is Colin, I've just spent the last year travelling after graduating. In June I will return to Nottingham to start a business in partnership with the uni and am looking for a flatmate to live with in my apartment around July. The apartment is the penthouse at the Portland Square complex. It has great views over the city from a huge patio. The apartment is extremely light and airy. It has both heating and air-con and i'm planning on getting a hottub installed on my return. There are 2 bedrooms, both of which have independent bathrooms. The spare room is a double with a massive built in wardrobe and fantastic views over the city.

Like everyone i guess, I'm looking for a fun-loving and laid back flatmate. Not fussed if you a guy, a girl or a couple, non smoker preferred. If you were around my age (24) that would be great. I'm not anal but i like to keep the place tidy (organised mess). Keep your room however you like.
