Lovely room to rent in 3 bed house

I am looking for a young professional female to house share with. I currently own a 3 bedroom property in NG5 which is within walking distance of Tesco in Top Valley, 10 mins from the City Hospital and 20 mins from the City Centre. There is also a tram network about 5-10 mins away. It is a new build property on an extremely quiet road. The room is available immediately.

The room is currently part furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet, curtains etc but these can be removed if you prefer. If you wish for them to be kept in the room, you will need a chest of drawers/wardrobe for your clothes. The room is not a single but not quite a double either!

There are 3 toilets in the property, 1 downstairs, 1 upstairs in the main bathroom and 1 in the en-suite. Although there isnt a shower in the main bathroom, there is one in the en suite off my bedroom which i am happy for you to use.

Also, although i don not have broadband at the minute, this is something i am looking at getting in the imminent future, i just havent got round to it yet!

The weekly cost includes all bills so nothing extra to pay other than your food bill!
