Double room in spacious house

Set in the park, this is a spacious terraced house, recently refurbished by the landlord to a high standard (fully furnished) and I have added some of my own bits. The double bedroom is a good size with 2 medium sized wardrobes, some shelves and a set of drawers.
The location is within easy walking distance of the town centre and the train station. The property is managed by an agency and the agreement specifies professionals only.
I am easygoing, enjoy films and travel.
