The house offers a modern bathroom with p and kitchen with all mod cons and utensils. The living room has been recently re decorated to a high standard and is the perfect place to sit, relax, watch a film or read a book, in front of the gas fire.

There is a garden at the back, complete with out house and furniture. It's a bit of a sun trap so great for a sunbathe and BBQs.

You'll have access on street parking, washing facilities, everything you would find in a normal, cosy home.

The rent is excellent price for the property. Bills are all inc however a cleaner comes fortnightly but she EXCELLENT and worth the money.

The house is perfectly situated close to Nottingham. At the end of the street you will find a bus stop, which the number 39 runs every 10 minutes, directly into town and costs £1. 70 single journey.

We are close to a corner shop and take away.

Average taxi fare into town is around £3. 50.
I am looking for 12 month contracts ideally, but will consider 6 month initially.
