This attractive room would be perfect for a single person who is a non smoker and who likes living in a friendly and tidy house. The house has 4 rooms and at present the house is occupied by my husband and I, my 18 year old son and 3 year old grandson.
The room costs £350 per month and the rent is inclusive of all bills (council tax, utilities, cable TV and broadband ). I will do laundry but not ironing! I can also do some cooking for you if need be. The room is fully furnished with 2 single beds, wardrobe, drawers and broadband.
The house has a modern lounge, dining room and fully fitted kitchen area. The lounge has cable TV and a comfy suite.
There is 1 nice downstairs shower and toilet.
There is a bus stop 2 mins away (NCT 39), plenty of on -street parking. For those more exercise inclined there is a lockable bike shed. A very safe area with neighbourhood watch and CCTV.
I would prefer to rent out Monday to Friday only.
