Hi my name is Rachael and I'm ideally looking for a female housemate to share with. I have a single room available in a nice house on a quite street. The house is fully furnished, with washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher high speed internet. All bills included in the rent.

There is parking outside the property and it is about 15mins walking distance and 5mins drive from the centre of town.

This house share would suit someone who likes their own space and wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy flat shares.

I'm looking for someone who is happy to share the responsibility of household chores, someone who is clean, tidy and easy going.
