I am a young women who lives in the property I work part time and study part time. I am looking for someone who likes to get on in a safe and pleasant house. Shared kitchen/bathroom/living room, tv and internet, all bills included including council tax, tv licence etc, furnished currently, but can rent unfurnished if required. Close to nottingham city centre, good public transport links, and shops nearby. Ideally just looking to find a genuine tenant for my spare rooms, good sense of humour a bonus. Do also have a garden at the property as well, which, dependant on the weather an also be enjoyed!
