Double Room outskirts of Hucknall

Just looking for someone that's easy to get along with and that's clean and tidy.
I work various shifts which sometimes includes weekends.
I currently live here with my dog, she's very friendly and no bother at all.

I'm updating the property and have recently completed both double bedrooms which have been newly decorated.
The 3rd bedroom is going to be a small gym and will be fitted with a top of the range rowing machine and bike.

There's a fairly large garden to the rear with a spot for having BBQ's etc...
and there is access to a garage.
