The house is a new build detached house with a garden, garage and off street parking. There are 2 friendly, professional females (and a cat!) currently living in the house with space for 1 more to join.

The room available is a spacious double room (with an en suite) which can be furnished or unfurnished.

The price includes all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, internet, TV).

Down stairs there is a lounge/dining room, a study/spare room and a kitchen with utility area which are all communal areas.

The house is in Bestwood Village 6 miles north of Nottingham centre. There is an hourly bus into/out of the centre or Moor Bridge Tram stop is a 15 minute walk. Close to the city hospital and the M1.
